KCB (standing for Kings Cliffe Brewery) is unsurprisingly located in the picturesque village of Kings Cliffe, Northamptonshire that lies 6 miles to the south of Stamford. The brewery was founded in 2014 and has a capacity of 5 brewer’s barrels. All beers undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle and as such can be a little on the lively side so should be stored and poured in the correct way (see guide to pouring bottle conditioned ales for more details). There is no tap bar, however the brewery does welcome visitors with off sales available.
