Brewery Description
A golden “double Imperial IPA” with intense and complex flavours of citrus and tropical fruits with a dry bitter finish. Twenty hop additions were used to make this beer ranging from the mash tun, through to the kettle and fermenter.
ThirstBourne Tasting Notes
This golden beer poured with a slight haze and a stable tight white head. There was a clean aroma with citrus and tropical notes predominantly orange. There was a robust hop bitterness with citrus and woody character emphasised by the high carbonation. The aftertaste was spicy white pepper and wood with a long dry finish.
