Traditionally fermented using local honey and real Cherries, this Melomel drinks like a fruit wine / sherry. It can be enjoyed neat but also used as the base for a longer drink by adding tonic, soda or sparking wine. Alternatively you could go berserk with a drinking horn. A truly ancient and interesting drink.
Once open, Mead, Melomels and Methiglins can be stored in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
