This golden beer poured with a slight haze and a fluffy white head. The combination of lemon and beer gave a Shandy like quality but spicy with clove and juniper (and at 6% ABV it is definitely not for the Shandy drinker). The flavour was spicy juniper with sweet lemon leading to a refreshing crisp bitter finish. The mouthfeel was soft with a medium high carbonation. A refreshing innovative beer.
