The Biltong Farm - Carolina Reaper Snapstix 50g
Thin strips of prime beef are marinated and air dried to produce the beerstix. These handcrafted beefy stacks are dried to twice the level of Biltong (i.e. 300g of prime beef is dried to produce 100g of beerstix) resulting in a crisp and extremely flavoursome snack.
These ones have been seasoned with Carolina Reaper chilli – Awesome but not for the faint hearted.
Contains Celery and Sulphites. Seasoning manufactured in a factory that uses Milk, Egg, Mustard, Soy and Wheat.
